Research on Human Resource Compliance Management Strategies of Platform Enterprises in the Gig Economy

Abstract:As a new economic form driven by digital technology, the gig economy has achieved efficient matching of labor and demand relying on platform enterprises. However, it has also triggered a series of human resource compliance risks due to issues such as ambiguous employment relationships and lack of rights protection. Based on the characteristics of the gig economy and the current situation of employment in platform enterprises, this paper analyzes the compliance challenges in terms of labor contract identification, social security, algorithm management, etc. Combined with domestic and foreign practical cases, it proposes compliance management strategies from three dimensions: legal improvement, system design, and technical optimization, aiming to provide reference for platform enterprises to balance commercial value and social responsibility.
