五行论视域下的管理与经济引导体系构建——与SMART原则的比较研究

摘要：本文融合AI 时代心理与五行生克适配，西方经典SMART 原则以工具理性为核心，在目标管理中发挥了重要作用，但其碎片化、重效率轻人文、静态化等局限，难以适配复杂系统下的现代管理与经济发展需求。AI 时代催生了存在性焦虑、社交肌肉萎缩、认知过载、情感异化等心理变革，进一步凸显了单一工具理性的短板。本文立足中国本土五行论哲学，以“生克制化、系统平衡、有心即人”为核心逻辑，融合ESG 可持续发展、平台型组织、数字化转型、OKR+敏捷管理等现代流行管理理念，深度对接AI 时代人类心理变化规律，构建一套“五行管理与经济引导体系”，并与SMART 原则展开系统性比较。研究表明，五行体系在整体性、人本关怀、动态平衡、本土适配性上均超越SMART 原则，其生克循环与AI 时代的技术逻辑、心理需求高度契合，可为企业治理、区域经济发展提供更具韧性与可持续性的本土化方案。

Construction of a Management and Economic Guidance System from the Perspective of the Five Elements Theory ——A Comparative Study with the SMART Principle

Abstract: This paper integrates the psychological characteristics of the AI era with the adaptation logic of the generation, restriction, multiplication and inhibition of the Five Elements. As a classic Western principle centered on instrumental rationality, the SMART principle plays an important role in target management. However, its limitations such as fragmentation, overemphasis on efficiency over humanistic care, and static orientation make it difficult to meet the needs of modern management and economic development in complex systems. The AI era has given rise to psychological changes including existential anxiety, social skill atrophy, cognitive overload and emotional alienation, which further highlight the shortcomings of a single instrumental rationality. Based on the indigenous Chinese philosophy of the Five Elements Theory, this paper takes "generation, restriction, multiplication and inhibition, systematic balance, and human-centricity" as its core logic, integrates modern popular management concepts such as ESG sustainable development, platform-based organizations, digital transformation, and OKR + agile management, and deeply aligns with the laws of human psychological changes in the AI era to construct a Five Elements Management and Economic Guidance System, and conducts a systematic comparison with the SMART principle. The research shows that the Five Elements System surpasses the SMART principle in terms of integrity, humanistic care, dynamic balance and local adaptability. Its cycle of generation, restriction, multiplication and inhibition is highly compatible with the technical logic and psychological needs of the AI era, and can provide a more resilient and sustainable localized scheme for corporate governance and regional economic development.
