宰辅商经--基于传统象数哲学的五行经略商学体系构建与应用研究

摘要：现代工商管理理论多源自西方体系，在适配本土企业经营逻辑、组织文化与长期发展思维上存在一定局限性。中华传统宰辅治世智慧、象数哲学蕴含系统思维、平衡思维与生态思维，可为现代商管理论创新提供深厚文化根基。本文以宰辅商经为整体定名，依托太极、阴阳、三才、五行、八卦、九宫、十方等经典象数哲学脉络，构建五行经略商学完整理论体系，从理论溯源、层级架构、模型设计、组织适配、落地应用、问题反思与价值延展多个维度展开论述，将传统宰辅理政思想、象数范畴与企业战略、组织架构、运营管理、人才体系、商业生态等现代商管场景一一对应，形成“哲学本源—理论模型—实践落地”的完整闭环。研究表明，宰辅商经体系下的五行经略商学，既保留中华传统思想的内核精髓，又完成现代化、市场化的语言转译与模式重构，能够有效破解现代企业部门壁垒、权责失衡、运营失序、生态割裂等现实问题，为本土特色工商管理理论的发展与企业经营实践提供全新思路与实操范式。

The Prime Ministerial Business Canon：Research on the Construction and Application of the Five Elements Strategic Business System Based on Traditional Image-Number Philosophy

Abstract: Most modern business administration theories originate from Western systems, which have certain limitations in adapting to the operational logic, organizational culture and long-term development philosophy of local enterprises. The traditional state-governing wisdom of ancient prime ministers and Chinese classic image-number philosophy embody systematic thinking, balance thinking and ecological thinking, laying a profound cultural foundation for the innovation of modern business administration theories.Taking The Prime Ministerial Business Canon as the overall denomination, this paper constructs a complete theoretical system of the Five Elements Strategic Business System based on the classic image-number philosophical frameworks including Tai Chi, Yin-Yang, San Cai, Five Elements, Eight Trigrams, Nine Palaces and Ten Directions. It conducts discussions from multiple dimensions including theoretical origin, hierarchical structure, model design, organizational adaptation, practical application, problem reflection and value extension. The traditional governance thoughts of ancient prime ministers and image-number philosophical categories are matched one-to-one with modern business management scenarios such as corporate strategy, organizational structure, operation management, talent system and business ecosystem, forming a complete closed loop of "philosophical origin — theoretical model — practical implementation".The research shows that the Five Elements Strategic Business System under the framework of The Prime Ministerial Business Canon not only retains the essence of traditional Chinese thoughts, but also realizes modern and market-oriented language transformation and model reconstruction. It can effectively solve practical problems prevalent in modern enterprises, such as departmental barriers, imbalance of power and responsibilities, operational disorder and fragmented ecosystem, and provide new ideas and practical paradigms for the development of indigenous business administration theories and the operational practice of enterprises.
