锦州人工智能产业与消费投资互动的内生逻辑与实践探索

摘要：数字经济和实体经济深度融合，锦州是东北老工业基地转型的代表性城市，当地人工智能产业正处在从政策驱动转向市场驱动的关键阶段。目前，该产业存在投资结构单一、消费端应用场景不够、产业链条和本地消费投资循环还没形成有效闭环等问题。本文结合内生增长理论与区域创新系统理论，搭建“产业-消费-投资”三维互动分析框架，深入梳理锦州人工智能产业发展与消费投资之间的内生逻辑关系，同时用案例分析加计量模型的方式，对锦州人工智能企业的投融资行为、本地消费响应机制以及政策干预效果做实证检验。

The endogenous logic and practical exploration of the interaction between Jinzhou artificial intelligence industry and consumption and investment

Abstract: with the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, Jinzhou is a representative city in the transformation of the old industrial base in Northeast China, and the local AI industry is at a critical stage from policy driven to market driven. At present, there are some problems in this industry, such as single investment structure, insufficient consumer end application scenarios, and the industrial chain and local consumption and investment cycle have not yet formed an effective closed loop. Based on the endogenous growth theory and regional innovation system theory, this paper builds a three-dimensional interactive analysis framework of "industry consumption investment", deeply combs the endogenous logical relationship between the development of Jinzhou AI industry and consumption investment, and empirically tests the investment and financing behavior, local consumption response mechanism and policy intervention effect of Jinzhou AI enterprises by using case analysis and econometric model.
