摘要:随着数字经济时代的到来,人力资源管理的数字化转型成为企业提升竞争力的重要手段。人力资源管理作为连接企业战略与员工行为的桥梁,其数字化转型不仅能够提升管理效率和员工的满意度,还能深刻地影响到企业文化的塑造,从而为企业注入新的活力与动力。本文旨在探讨人力资源管理的数字化转型对企业文化塑造的影响,以及企业如何通过人力资源管理的数字化转型来塑造和强化企业的文化。

Abstract:With the advent of the digital economy era, the digital transformation of human resource management (HRM) has become a crucial means for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. As a bridge connecting corporate strategy and employee behavior, the digital transformation of HRM can not only improve management efficiency and employee satisfaction, but also profoundly influence the shaping of an enterprise’s innovation and entrepreneurship culture, thereby injecting new vitality and momentum into the enterprise. This paper aims to explore the impact of the digital transformation of HRM on the shaping of corporate culture, as well as how enterprises can shape and strengthen their innovation and entrepreneurship culture through the digital transformation of HRM.
