企业人力资源管理数字化的国际比较研究

摘要:本文通过对比分析美国、德国、日本和中国在创新创业企业人力资源管理数字化领域的实践模式,揭示各国在技术应用、政策支持与文化适应性上的差异。研究发现,欧美国家依托成熟的技术生态与数据隐私保护体系占据先发优势,亚洲国家则在敏捷开发与本土化场景应用中形成特色路径。研究结果为我国优化人力资源数字化转型路径提供参考。

Abstract:This paper reveals the differences among countries in technology application, policy support, and cultural adaptability by comparing and analyzing the practical models of digitalization in human resource management (HRM) for innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises in the United States, Germany, Japan, and China. The study finds that European and American countries hold a first-mover advantage relying on their mature technological ecosystems and data privacy protection systems, while Asian countries have developed distinctive paths in agile development and localized scenario application. The research results provide references for China to optimize the path of digital transformation in human resource management.
